Please remember it is the responsibility of the customer to turn off or correct the water source immediately. This will result in a shorter period of drying time.

All Pro Restoration Services will only report to the customer listed on the signed contract. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they communicate with tenants, unit owners, and others.

Our team will go through a full inspection and evaluate the damage caused by water. We have special tools and equipment that can measure the dampness of known and unknown areas for hidden damage.

Water Extraction

Technicians will begin removal process immediately by extracting all the sitting water with the powerful extraction units. These machines reduce drying time and help to prevent mold and secondary water damage.

Content Manipulation

Technicians may need to move contents to properly inspect the damage and service the property.

Drying Equipment

Our technicians will install and position the drying equipment in the areas that are damaged. Please do not turn off or move this equipment as it may cause damage to the equipment and/or delay the drying process.

This is the final step which is restoring your home or business back to the pre-water damage state. The restoration step may be a minor or major project, depending on the damage that occurred.
